Hi.
At LQ Swindon, we know that many of you French and Dutch guys really like our LQ. I don't know why - but you do! By the start of October, we will have moved to a new building, and many things, including the arena, will change.
As a result, we're hoping to hold a farewell tournament (or a number of tournaments) over the course of a weekend in September, to which you're all invited. However, seeing as you guys have so far to travel, I thought it would only be fair to find out WHEN in September is best to hold this event, so that it's easier for you to come!
Swindon's not too far from Bristol, and there are a number of low-cost airlines that fly between Bristol and many parts of France

Bonjour,
Au LQ Swindon, nous savons que beaucoup de Français et d'Hollandais aiment beaucoup notre centre. On ne sait pas pourquoi - Mais c'est le cas! Début Octobre, nous aurons déménagé dans un nouveau bâtiment, et pas mal de choses, dont le labyrinthe, auront changé.
C'est pourquoi, nous espérons tenir un tournoi (ou plusieurs) pendant tout un Week End en Septembre auquel vous êtes tous invités. Néanmoins, vu que vous avez du chemin à faire, je pense qu'il serait judicieux de trouver une date en Septembre la plus adéquate possible, pour que ce soit plus facile pour vous de venir!
Swindon n'est pas très éloigné de Bristol, et il y a pas mal de vols bon marchés entre Bristol et plusieurs villes de France.

Bonjour Madame,
A tournament or an event at the beginning of october will be very hard for french people cos the national tourament is always at the end of October.
I'll hope the site is moving to be better (don't know if it's possible). Your arena is simply for most people from Coignieres the best.
Keep the same spirit in the arena pleasssssssssssssssssssssssssssse

I'll try to make it if there is something in September, I know Raiden and Vamp will want to go back if money allows, and probably Omega would follow.
Biggest issue for us is that your tournaments are usually on Sunday evening, making it hard to be at work/school on Monday... any chance that particular one would be on a Saturday evening instead?

The arena will be different, but that just means you'll have to come over and try it!
Spider, the inital plan is to have something happen on the Saturday evening, AND the Sunday afternoon. What sort of time would you need to be gone by? |

Not sure how it goes as far as transportation, but I think if it can be done by 6pm sunday that would be fine.
